The beauty we enjoy from our planet
always leaves an impression. The flowers which bloom in a
tough desert after a rain are a stunning vision of life. The
unique and seemingly timeless features of a cave provide a glimpse
into a balance of nature hidden from most of the world. Sunrises
and full moons provide expressions of the beauty of life which
cannot be packaged and sold in a store. The beauty we encounter
on a daily basis is easily taken for granted. For example
the architecture and designs of visionaries is a creation from
their soul and spirit. Because of our familiarity with them,
we can miss their special expressions which appear in the light
of different natural and unnatural elements.
From Television to still photography, I have been looking at images
for over twenty-five years. My goal is to capture split seconds
of time and make those moments live for others as have many of my
peers and predecessors. My personal challenge is to relay the intangible
majesty of God’s creation which surrounds us.
